Missed or Forgotten Appointments
 
Sometimes unforeseen events happen that may prevent you from making your appointment.  If this happens, please call me and I will work with you if there is a  scheduling problem. 
 
I provide a courtesy reminder call or email one day prior to your appointment.  If you are unable to make your appointment time, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. 
 
Missed or forgotten appointments will incur a no-show fee of $45 dollars.
